Intelligent Machines PC (aka iMachines) was founded in 2017 and is a start-up technology and research company based in Patras in the region of Western Greece offering specialized services using state-of-the-art technology for various domains including the tourism, cultural sectors in the Mediterranean. iMachines unmanned systems and sensors’ network deliver specialized services using state-of-the-art technology. iMachines attempts to solve problems by replacing existing solutions with new technologies that combine unmanned systems, specialized sensors and related software for the final deliverables. Unmanned systems are “work platforms” and may be: • Surface Unmanned Vehicles (SUV) • Remote Oparated Vehicles (ROV) • Fixed electronic installations (sensor network, IoT, etc.) The above “work platforms” are provided able to accommodate a variety of sensors according to the needs and requirements of the end customer. The ability to easily switch sensors is due to the initial design of “work platforms”. iMachines offers a service called "Underwater Discovery & Documentation" that caters to the Tourism sector, specifically focusing on coastal and maritime tourism within the Mediterranean's Blue Economy. Our goal is to enhance tourism and cultural experiences by emphasizing Exploration, Discovery, and Learning, providing recreational services for tourists. Just as space exploration is aweinspiring, exploring the undersea world holds the same wonder and excitement. With a growing desire to understand the hidden depths of our planet, our solution prioritizes client safety. We tackle the challenges and dangers of underwater discovery by employing specially designed Remote Operated Vehicles (ROVs) equipped with HD cameras to mitigate risks. At iMachines, we strive for the utmost quality in our services, constantly surpassing customer expectations. Our objective is to enhance tourism experiences for clients engaged in coastal and maritime activities within the blue economy.
