The Pro Loco Network "Reno Lavino Samoggia", founded in 2017 on the impulse of the regional law 5/2016, operates in a coordinated manner on the entire hilly territory of the Union "Reno Lavino Samoggia" composed of the municipalities of Casalecchio di Reno, Monte San Pietro, Sasso Marconi, Valsamoggia and Zola Predosa.

The "Network" consists of nine associations:

• Pro Loco Castle of Serravalle
• Pro Loco Crespellano

Goals and values:  Look beyond the "bell tower"!

This important and innovative initiative networks 9 Pro Loco united by the aim of strengthening the collaboration between them and between institutional and associative entities in the area to expand the cultural and tourist promotion of the Union Rhine Lavino Samoggia, with its 404,4 Kmq of surface and 111,531 inhabitants.

The goal of the "Network" is to realize joint promotion activities of the territory of the Hills between Bologna and Modena and its artistic, environmental and food and wine excellences, through events, initiatives and specific projects.

What do we do? Events, but not only!

The Pro Loco Network "Reno Lavino Samoggia" has participated with positive results in regional and municipal calls.

The Pro Loco members annually organize events of tourist importance and dedicated to the enhancement of local products and the discovery of the territory, as well as cultural and territorial animation events, and all together organize "network" events involving the entire territory, such as the innovative "Open Day Colli Bolognesi" or "Carnival in the net on the Colli Bolognesi". The Network has obtained - following participation in a call - the management of the event "Mortadella,please - International Mortadella Festival" for the years 2018 and 2019.

Since March 2020, Casalecchio Insieme Proloco (belonging to the Network), has the management of the Tourist Information Office "Colli Bolognesi".

Thanks to the projects carried out we have created the tourist maps of our territory that you can find in our offices, in the Infopoints and in the events of the territory; we have also made promotional videos of the territory visible on our channel You Tube.

With whom do we do it? TOGETHER!

Volunteers, citizens, municipalities, associations, schools, cultural realities, accommodation, restaurants, farmhouses, tour operators, wineries, Metropolitan City, Region, UNPLI, trade associations, the watchword is: Collaborate! The doors of our Pro Loco are open to all those who love this beautiful area and want to give a form and substance to their ideas and proposals.
