In a panoramic position on the hills of Valsamoggia, halfway between Modena and Bologna, the organic farm Fattoria Quercia offers Bolognese cuisine, vegetarian recipes and menus for intolerants (for example gluten-free dishes); rooms with bed and breakfast service and organic farm wine. Also, swimming pool, hiking and cooking school.

The farm produces fruit, vegetables and grapes according to the organic method. The family farm guarantees guests the origin of most of the meat and eggs that are served on the restaurant table. In addition, a hall converted from the old stable has been equipped for business meetings, ceremonies or conferences. Our sensitivity towards the environment is denoted by the choice of organic since not suspicious times, but also by the photovoltaic system and solar panels, the scrupulous in the separate collection and the attention to avoid waste.

With us you can eat well, with genuine ingredients, finding the flavors of our land but also various dishes, not banal, seasonal and with attention to all needs. Not the usual soup! We do everything by hand, pasta, bread, desserts... And after eating, what’s better than a nice walk in the green?

The farm’s old barn has been renovated and offers six cozy rooms. These are at your disposal to spend a quiet stay, following the quiet rhythms of the countryside, with bed & breakfast solution and half board, possibility to eat at our organic restaurant, to cool off in the pool, to enjoy the meeting room, or simply to rest in the shade of the garden...

During the day you can visit cities of art such as Bologna, Modena, Ferrara, Ravenna, Florence and Venice easily reachable with short transfers, or go hiking, or other sports in the vicinity of the farm.You will have ample space to play outdoors, table tennis, archery, swimming pool.

Even for those who are traveling for work, the reception is guaranteed by the maximum flexibility to the needs that arise from time to time. Stopping in a calm and peaceful environment is important for the recovery of the necessary psychophysical balance. We are also within easy reach of Bologna and Modena. Immersed in the park of the farm the pool will welcome you in the hottest hours of summer days.
