Vivi Appennino is a network of companies founded in 2014 by a group of marketing and communication professionals with the support of the Ministry of Environment and Protection of the Land and the Sea, with the head of the decastery Minister Gian Luca Galletti, by Confcommercio Enterprises for Italy and Press Specialist UNAGA. Vivi Appennino aims to aggregate companies and institutions of the Apennine territory, from North to South Italy, enhancing the Dorsal as one of the most important and strategic excellence of our country, promoting the Apennines as a place of sustainable tourism and hospitality and marketing the Destination on the domestic and international market. Vivi Appennino coordinates the Dorsal Sustainable Development Plan at national level, of which a first draft was presented on 25 January 2018 at the Auditorium Hall of the Ministry of the Environment and Protection of the Territory and the Sea in Rome, a document drawn up and shared with the Technical Secretariat of the Minister, Institutions, National and Regional Parks and associations signatories, at the G7 Environment in Bologna, the Pact of Friendship for a Sustainable Development of the Apennines. Alive Apennines is engaged to sign national agreements finalized to activate synergies apt to the development of the Apennines and actions of formation for the organization of the tourist offer. It is also recognized by the Ministry of Heritage and Cultural Activities as a travel agency for the marketing of the Apennine territory.
