Grain Footbridge

This footbridge is named after the nearby Ambrož Square, the site of trading in grain and livestock in the 19th century. The modern footbridge is intended for pedestrians and cyclists and is designed as an arched concrete structure. The surface of the footbridge is paved with granite stone slabs, and in the middle it widens to act as a viewing platform
(small piazzetta). As part of the bridge, architect Breda Bizjak also designed an entry and exit point for river vessels on the Poljanski nasip and a fire station on Petkovškovo nabrežje.
