The architects transformed the once car-saturated Novi trg/square into a new urban space, opening up views of the old part of the city and Ljubljana Castle and connecting it to the river via a staircase. The new promenade that runs from the Shoemaker’s Bridge to Zoisova Road offers citizens a higher quality of living.
