Kerasia or Kerasea is a mountainous settlement in the Prefecture of Aitoloakarnania and the seat of the homonymous local community that belongs to the municipal unit of Panaitoliko in the Municipality of Agrinio. It is located at an altitude of 540 meters, borders the villages of Sitomena, Kastanoula and Paleokarya, while it is about 23 kilometers north of the city of Agrinio.
