Kokkinopylia is a settlement in the Regional Unit of Aitoloakarnania. It is built at an altitude of 159 meters, east of Agrinio and west of the stream Ermitsa. It borders the settlements of Kamaroula and Akropotamos, while it is about 3 km from the city center of Agrinio. It belongs administratively to the Municipality of Agrinio and according to the 2011 census consists of 190 inhabitants. This point of interest is Plain and Rural.
