Neapoli is a large lowland village of the Regional Unit of Aitoloakarnania. It is built in the plain of Agrinio at an altitude of 120 meters and is about 8 kilometers northwest of the center of the city of the same name. It is located southeast of the artificial lake Stratou and borders the villages of Alonia, Spolaita and Triantaika.
