The Minaret of Megalis Chora is located on the southeastern side of the village and is just 4 kilometers west of Agrinio. It is a Muslim tower of an old mosque and is one of the sights of the area, reminiscent of a sad piece in the history of the place, with the presence of the Ottomans and the slavery of centuries lived by Greek Christians of the time.
