The synagogue of Gorizia, now dismissed as a place of worship, is home to the Museum “Jerusalem upon river Isonzo”, which tells about the Jewish community of Gorizia. A small section of the museum is an exhibition of CARLO MICHELSTAEDTER’s paintings, which are part to a collection of belongings of the philosopher, including his manuscripts, now owned and held by the Town Library.
