Listed building of the house Kolla

The listed building of the house of the Kolla family is located on Riga Fereou Street in the city of Patras. It was built in 1863, as it is written on the lintel of the main entrance, and is formed by two uniform two-storey buildings with attics and different entrances. Michael Kollas, originally from Chios, came to Patras after the events of the Revolution of 1821 and engaged in financial transactions and trade, resulting in being one of the most important economic actors in Patras. The building is a typical example of neoclassical urban house architecture and has great cultural value for Patras. This point of interest is Plain and Urban. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
