Kaminia

Kaminia is a coastal settlement of Achaia. It is 14 km south of Patras and 3 km from Kato Achaia, while it borders the villages of Alissos, Tsoukaleika, Agios Stefanos and Kamenitsa. The name of the village is due to the clay kilns that existed there before the revolution and during the Middle Ages. The permanent residents, according to the 2011 census, tolerate 619.
