Kareli's suspension cable-stayed bridge

The Kareli suspension cable-stayed bridge is located on the Evinos river at Stranoma. The original construction concerned a wooden box with reels which helped the inhabitants to cross at the other end of the spectrum of the river that connected Stranoma with Thermo and was named Kareli. In 1965 the Kareli was replaced by the cable-stayed bridge which is visited by many visitors today to enjoy the rich natural landscape and to cross at the other end of the spectrum. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is not accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket. https://www.facebook.com/%CE%A3%CF%84%CF%81%CE%AC%CE%BD%CF%89%CE%BC%CE%B1-%CE%9F%CF%81%CE%B5%CE%B9%CE%BD%CE%AE-%CE%9D%CE%B1%CF%85%CF%80%CE%B1%CE%BA%CF%84%CE%AF%CE%B1-649992438378245/ Source of photographic material: Personal Archive of Mr. Dedopoulos Nick.
