Vrouviana (old name: Proviana) is a traditional settlement built at a height of 500 meters, west of the river Acheloos. Importantly sacred are the stone Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary built in 1906, the bridge of Templa in 1909, the small church of Ai-Giannis built during the Turkish occupation and the stone two-seater primary school. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is accessible through public transport.
