Minthi (old name: Albaina or Albena) is a mountainous settlement built on the slopes of the homonymous mountain at a height of 760 meters. It is the birthplace of the National Martyr and Bishop of Methoni, Gregory Papatheodoros, who contributed with his struggle to the Revolution of 1821. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is not accessible through public transport.
