Andritsaina Folklore Museum

The Folklore Museum of Andritsaina was founded in 1981 by the Andritsaina Women's Landscaping Association, with the aim of reviving the tradition, art and nobility of the inhabitants of the area. Today, it is housed in the three-storey stone mansion of Georgios Kanellopoulos, with a total area of ​​500 sq.m., inside which the invaluable old traditional furniture and utensils have been saved. The Museum has more than 4,000 exhibits, which come exclusively from Andritsaina and cover the period 1832-1932.Visitors can admire the rich collection of local men's and women's clothing, household and church items, rare documents, and works of art, such as paintings.
