Its original construction dates back to the beginning of the 4th century BC. and in fact it is one of the oldest foregrounds that was built at the beginning of the 3rd century BC is preserved, while its permanent stone tent is one of the oldest. It is a theater with a rare peculiarity, as the cavity was earthen and not stone, as usual. At the back of the stage, a settlement had been developed since the Hellenistic era, while near the theater, Pausanias mentions the existence of a sanctuary of Dionysus. To the south of the theater there is the Ancient Agora. It had a very large area and the shape of an irregular table, while it was also called Hippodrome, because it was where the horses were trained. During the late Hellenistic and Roman periods, in the northwestern part of the market, in the area of the gymnasiums, there were bathing facilities, while at its southern end, intense construction activity was observed. At the end of the 2nd century BC. Both the theater and the Agora were destroyed and abandoned, as was the whole area, due to the invasion of the Heroes. This point of interest is Flat and Rural.
