Havari

Havari is a large beautiful village of the Municipality of Ilida. It was created in the middle of the 19th century by shepherds from Arcadia, who went their herds to graze in the area. According to the latest census, the population is 1,283 and they are mostly engaged in livestock and agriculture. The first church of the village is Agios Georgios, which was built in 1870 and the main church is Agia Triada, in the courtyard of which the Biliani Spiritual Center was built in 1994 with donations from Hawaiian immigrants from America and other countries.
