Conference, which will include announcements on the history, use, description and manufacture of the folk dress of the foustanela. This is a costume symbol, for which there will be invitations by the organizing and scientific committee of the Social Cooperative Enterprise "Actions of Expression" to be presented by university teachers and researchers, experts from the Presidential Guard, other scholars and people with experience in the construction and use of the skirt, as well as relevant anthropologists and folklorists.
