The wire bridge over the river Evinos is located in the settlement of Kato Dosoula. The bridge, as well as the area, are known as "Kareli", from the corresponding construction kareli, meaning the wooden box with the four spools and the two thick wires that are fixed on solid bases, which was used for the passage to the opposite bank with the strength of the hands on the wires. Today, the kareli is in operation and this point with the wire bridge and the beautiful landscape of the river is a great place of pleasure for the inhabitants. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. It is accessible all year round. It is not accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
