Pelopio

Pelopio was a burial monument (cenotaph) and was dedicated to Pelops, the local hero of Ilea. It is located between the temples of Zeus and Hera. Below Pelopio is the oldest building inside the sanctuary of Altea, which is a large prehistoric mound dating from the Early Helladic era, around 2500 BC. This point of interest is Flat and Urban.
