The facility was built in 1918. The project and implementation were done by Italian specialists. Until September 1943, it served as the Italian consulate. After 1944, the Local Government exercised its functions in this building. The facility is one of the most beautiful facilities with a baroque style architecture.

Today the building has been the City Hall for many years and in 2017 it was completely restored from scratch and today it is one of the most beautiful monuments with many great architectural values and in very good constructive condition.

The building has 3 floors plus an attic. It stands out for its super-decorated facades with baroque architectural elements. The main entrance of the facility stands out for the decorated lobby which invites you inside the facility. The windows are all decorated with architectural elements and in the facades we find a combination of linear and arched elements.
